Dressage Championships.
Any individuals who have qualified for the Championship class may enter any class. Non-Quailifiers may enter either Class 1, 3, or 5.
Class 1 - Warm Up Test - BD Intro A (2008)
Either the horse or the rider can have BD points, but we do not allow both horse and rider to have BD points
Class 2 - Test for qualifiers - BD Intro B (2009)
Class 3 - Warm Up Test - BD Prelim 4 (2002)
Open to horse with less than 40 BD points and to rider with no elementary points. You may choose one, two or three tests.
Class 4 - Test for qualifiers - BD Prelim 10 (2002)
Class 5 - Warm up Test - BD Novice 27 (2007) Open to horse and rider with less than 50 Bd points.
Class 6 - Test for Qualifiers - BD Novice 30 (2006)
Entry Fee:
Cheques should be payable to APS Properties Ltd.
Prizes:
- Rosettes Awarded 1st – 6th Place.
- If six or more entries per class: 1st Prize for classes will be £8.00.
Closing Date is:
Monday 27th September 2010. If room, we do accept late entries up until Thursday 30th September 2010 at 12.00 noon, however at a charge of £2.00.
Times:
Will be available Thursday 30th September 2010 after 17.00 via our website or by contacting Becky on 07545 578172 between 17.00 – 19.00 on Thursday 30th September 2010.
Rules & Regulations
- A hard hat must be worn at all times when mounted BSI Standard hat or above are recommended.
- The organisers and representative accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to ponies, horses, owner, riders, spectators, land, vehicle, boxes, trailers, there contents and, accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever.
- The organisers retain the right to refuse any entry.
- Late entries are accepted until the Thursday before the competition, however there will be an additional charge of £2.00.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel or change any class.
- There will be no refund of entries after the closing date.
- Any dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Please leave the Livery Yard as you found it.
- If insufficient entries classes may be amalgamated and prizes given on an overall percentage.
- Please do not leave any ponies/horses unattended.
- Dressage Classes to be run under British Dressage Rules.
- Any objections must be made within 30 minutes of the specific class and a deposit of £20.00 paid which may be forfeited if the objection is overruled.
- The Judges decision is final.
- Rider’s age taken from 1st January 2009.
- It is a condition of entry that all competitors have read and agreed to abide by all the rules and conditions.
- Horses/ponies must be aged 4 years old and over
- Entry fees will not be refunded
- Once a competitor has fallen or dismounted in the arena, he/she will be disqualified from the class and must not remount until out of the arena
- We advise that all entrants and their horses/ponies are fully insured with Thired Party Insurance.
Additional Notes
- British Dressage (BD) Test sheets can be obtained from www.britishdressage.co.uk
- The test may be called out.
- Whips may be carried.
- Gloves must be worn in the dressage sections
- Black/Blue/Tweed Jackets accepted.
- Food Court within grounds.
- Numbers can be collected from Becky in the canteen.
